Last updated September 23, 2026. We collect only what is needed to run the score, deliver a requested report, and respond to messages.

What we collect
When you use the score, we collect the website you submit, the scan results, and contact details you provide. If you complete the workflow module, we save those answers and the resulting score.

How we use it
We use submitted data to run the scan, save your results, email a requested score or paid report, process payment through Stripe, and respond to contact messages. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers
We use Supabase for storage, Stripe for one-time checkout, Resend for transactional email, and PostHog when configured for product analytics. Each provider receives only the data needed for its service.

Your choices
Email hello@straightgrade.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Private report links expire after seven days.
